At the beginning of the period, we received frequent requests from a repeat customer.
Sunglor LED as a professional red Light therapy manufacturer.As early as 10 years ago, we started to develop and produce products about red light therapy for pets. Especially for horses, we are leading the market in red light physiotherapy products.
Regarding the red light therapy products for horses, we have designed different product models for different parts of the horse. Such as: Model SG-2700 for Horse Solarium, Model SG-WP-HS for Horse Hood/Poll, Model SG-HS-FT for Horse Leg/Feet, Model SG-WP-KN for Horse Hock/Knee, Model SG-WP-FT for Horse Hoof/Boots, Model SG-WP-53 for Horse Back and Model SG-WP-164 for Horse Belly.
But one of our regular customers told us about a trouble: the horse head physical therapy products on the market do not fit the horse very well, and he want a good product that surpasses the market. In the face of customers' customization needs, Sunglor is always the first to respond and act accordingly!
We started by sticking newspaper to the horse's head, thus testing each specific dimension of the product. Then we write a manuscript and show it to the customer for comments. After reading it, the customer said it was okay to proceed and highly appreciated Sunglor's mobility and cooperation.
Next, we evaluate the design, finished product and starting quantity of the product based on the dimensions and materials used.
In less than three days, our R&D team further gave us electronic design drawings of the product, and the whole process tested our patience and grasp of details.

Finally, we prototype the new design and test it repeatedly.
The entire production process went smoothly and quickly, and when the first samples came out, we immediately put it on the horses head to test the functionality and fit of the product.
Unfortunately the client wasn't very happy with the first sample, but the overall result was good!
It was not difficult for sunglor, as the saying goes: "Rome wasn't built in a day". We reworked the samples to meet the customer's requirements.
Feedback and modifications are made each time a sample is actually used on a horse's head to test the fit, from the size, to the angle of the opening, to the length of the Velcro.
After three sample tests, a new product that meets the customer's expectations is finally born!
