Usage Method

Do not keep the device ON for more than 3 minutes at a time . If you want to treat several parts of your body consecutively, TURN OFF the device for at least 1 MINUTE, after every 3 minutes ON . This will keep the unit from overheating.

 Insert the provided battery into the battery compartment by unscrewing your torch. Be sure to orient the battery correctly:

Positive pole against the TOP . 

Negative pole against the BOTTOM .

 Usage Frequency : Use device 1-3 times per day for at least 4 weeks , and for a duration of 3 minutes on one treatment area before moving the device to the next treatment area.
